Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within 8–15 business days after dispatch. Times may vary by location and customs processing.
Yes! SolveGrab ships to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping availability is shown at checkout based on your address.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on our Track My Order page to follow your delivery.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll get an email once shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging intact.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Contact us immediately at solvegrab@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted via secure PCI-compliant gateways. SolveGrab never stores your card details.
EMI options may be available depending on your bank. Please check with your card provider for installment eligibility at checkout.

Yes. Every product is sourced from verified suppliers and reviewed for quality and authenticity before being listed.
Our products do not include a manufacturer warranty. However, if your item arrives defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it.
